ORDER PROCESSING
Due to the handcrafted nature of our dog products, please allow 10 business days to process your order before it is shipped.
SHIPPING METHOD
We use USPS Priority Mail. Should you need your item(s) sooner, please email us: customerservice@forevermootsy.com. For domestic orders, it will take approximately 1, 2, or 3 business days to deliver package(s) depending on where the package is going. International orders, delivery time is approximately 6-10 business days also depending where the package is going. The time starts from the day your package ships from our office, not including order processing. Bigger orders might receive items in multiple packages.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE THE ORDER?
You will receive an email confirmation when the order is placed on our website. You will also receive another email when the item(s) is shipped that will contain a tracking number. HOW DO I MEASURE DOG NECK SIZE?
Collars are non-adjustable; therefore, measure your dog's neck where collar would sit, then add two inches for the perfect fit. We recommend using a flexible measuring tape for a more accurate measurement.
WHICH LEASH SIZE SHOULD I PURCHASE?
Cotton rope is very sturdy and safe. We recommend purchasing a leash based on your dog's weight.

CAN I WASH DOG LEASHES, DOG COLLARS AND DOG TOYS?
Yes. You can hand wash our leashes, collars and dog toys. Hang to dry.
